In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play's Account Deletion Policy, you have the absolute right to permanently delete your Jiffy account and all associated personal data at any time. We do not place temporary holds or require phone calls—deletion is transparent, permanent, and straightforward.
Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)
If you currently have the Jiffy app installed on your iPhone or Android device, you can delete your account immediately:
Tap your profile avatar on the bottom navigation bar to open your creator profile.
Tap the Settings gear icon in the top right corner, then select Account.
Select Delete Account, review the confirmation notice, and confirm. Your profile, matches, messages, and stories will be permanently deleted from our live production systems immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request (Without App Installed)
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your mobile device, submit your deletion request below. Our data privacy team will verify ownership and permanently purge your account within 24 to 48 hours.
